Lumilinks Launches Snowflake-Native CustomerLinks App to Help Organisations Self-Serve and Achieve a True Single Customer View in Minutes

LONDON, UK — Lumilinks today announced the launch of CustomerLinks, its Snowflake-native entity resolution application — and the first product in the new _Links suite, designed to illuminate the hidden links in your data.

Built for B2C sectors such as retail, telecommunications, insurance, and automotive, CustomerLinks offers a secure, self-service way for organisations to unify fragmented customer records directly within their Snowflake environment, eliminating the costly, complex, and risky data movement associated with traditional approaches.

Despite decades of effort, many organisations still struggle to achieve a single customer view. Data is scattered across CRM systems, marketing platforms, transactional databases, and loyalty programmes, resulting in duplicate records, inconsistent profiles, and hidden value. This fragmentation leads to wasted marketing spend, disjointed customer experiences, and increasing compliance risk.

Daniel Ellis, Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Lumilinks, said:

“A single customer view has long been the holy grail, but it’s remained stubbornly out of reach. Data is siloed across systems and teams, customer journeys are increasingly omnichannel, and M&A activity only adds complexity. CustomerLinks puts control back in the hands of business users — making data unification simple, secure, and genuinely self-service.”

CustomerLinks is deployed entirely within a customer’s Snowflake environment. There is no need to extract or copy data to external systems, ensuring sensitive information stays fully under customer control. Built on Snowflake’s enterprise-grade security and single sign-on, the app empowers teams across departments, sites, and regions to manage unification themselves — without relying on technical backlogs or complex integration projects.

Richard Gardner, Chief Technology Officer at Lumilinks, explained:

“Traditional entity resolution projects are slow, costly, and high-risk because they rely on moving data or building new infrastructure. Our Snowflake-native approach means no data movement, full security, and the ability to scale across the enterprise — all while leveraging the performance customers expect from Snowflake.”

Available via the Snowflake Marketplace, CustomerLinks offers intuitive setup and onboarding. Business teams can connect data tables, assign access roles, and begin unifying records in minutes, without writing code or waiting on engineering support.

Aidan Summerville, Head of Engineering at Lumilinks, added:

“Entity resolution shouldn’t be an engineering-heavy task. We designed CustomerLinks so marketing teams, customer insight functions, and analysts can be fully self-sufficient. It’s about empowering the people closest to the data to unlock its value — quickly, securely, and at scale.”

At the heart of the app is an intelligent matching engine that deduplicates and unifies customer identities across brands, systems, and channels — delivering a single, trusted view of the customer. This powers improved marketing personalisation, targeting, campaign attribution, and compliance.

By supporting omnichannel customer data — from in-store transactions and online behaviour to call centre logs, event bookings, and beyond — CustomerLinks helps businesses deliver seamless, connected experiences while building deeper, data-driven relationships with their customers.

And this is just the beginning.

CustomerLinks is the first release in Lumilinks’ broader _Links strategy. Future applications will extend entity resolution to business, property, and asset records, enabling the same trusted approach to be applied across multiple data domains and use cases.

Ellis added:

“The need for clean, unified data isn’t limited to customer records. Whether it’s managing business entities, property portfolios, or critical assets, the same principles apply. That’s why our roadmap includes broader entity resolution capabilities — helping customers extend the same value across their entire organisation.”

Flexible pricing is available on a per-1,000-record basis, making it easy for teams to run targeted or phased use cases. Enterprise pricing is available for large-scale deployments across brands, countries, or product lines.

To help shape the next generation of features, Lumilinks is inviting three beta partners to co-develop upcoming enhancements, working closely with real-world customers to ensure the solution evolves to meet practical, scalable business needs.

This launch also builds on Lumilinks’ growing momentum following a standout presence at Snowflake Summit, where the team showcased how applications like CustomerLinks are enabling everyday business users — not just data engineers — to drive real business value from their Snowflake investment.

Ellis concluded:

“This is further testament to the success of our product strategy and the promise we made at Snowflake Summit — to deliver AI-powered applications that make data work for the business user. CustomerLinks enables better decisions, more effective marketing, and stronger customer relationships — all within the power and security of Snowflake.”
